Vonage: Where No Loyalty Reigns

I just heard a report that VONage has backed out VON Canada this spring. It seems their Canadian PR firm feels there isn’t any consumer play at VON so why bother.

EXCUSE ME!. VONAGE wouldn’t be there without Jeff Pulver. Period.

There’s something called loyalty in my book. That said, the Canadian market is growing, but it seems the likes of Shaw and Rogers are kicking Vonage’s butt so maybe the real reason is Vonage can’t figure out how to get to consumers North of the border like they have in the USA.
